How do I find out more about a product or service, including cost?
Our products and services are designed to appeal to a large cross-section of the SME and Micro-business markets.
Obviously all businesses within these market spaces are unique in some or many ways.
Therefore, it is necessary for us to discuss your specific needs with you before we are able to generate tailored options including pricing.
What about consulting services I require that you don’t list on your website?
We offer a large range of products and services, of which only a select few are detailed on our website.
As part of our Products & Services page, we list ‘Customised Products & Services’, meaning we are able to respond positively to many requests we receive for products and services not listed elsewhere on our site.

You appear to be based in Melbourne. Do you only service businesses based in Melbourne?
We are based in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne. However, we offer our products and services nationally, and in fact internationally.
Many of the services we offer can be delivered via online and remote technologies, and therefore our office location does not limit us in this respect.
For projects requiring personal presence within Melbourne, this does not necessarily attract additional charges.
For projects requiring personal presence outside of Melbourne, interstate, or internationally, we are able to provide detailed costing for this upon application and as part of a tailored project estimate.

Do I need to attend any kind of classes or seminars as part of the course?
No. The course is self-paced and delivered entirely via correspondence.
I live in Australia. Do I have to pay any shipping /postage costs in addition to the cost of the course?
No. Postage and handling costs are included in the cost of the course if it is delivered to an Australia Post deliverable address within Australia.
I live outside of Australia. Do I have to pay any shipping /postage costs in addition to the cost of the course?
Yes. Additional postage and handling costs do apply to international clients. Please contact us to discuss your specific location / situation.
How do I pay for the course?
Payment can be made either online or by mail.
Online payment is via a secure, encrypted SSL connection and requires a Visa or MasterCard. When ordering online, you will be asked for all necessary details that we require for us to fill your order.
Payment via mail requires either a Bank Cheque or Money Order. Personal cheques will not be accepted. It will need to be sent to our mailing address together with a copy of our Product Order Form. The Product Order Form can either be filled out using Adobe ® Acrobat ® and then printed, signed and sent (together with payment), or printed and filled out by hand and sent (together with payment). If filled out by hand, please print neatly and clearly in order for us to swiftly and correctly fill your order.
How long does the course take to complete?
People have different paces at which they study, and have different amounts of time they can allocate to such studies, so it is impossible to give an exact time frame. However, the course material comprises of a 50 page (A4) book and 2 DVDs (approx. running time: 252 minutes). We have rated it as an 8 hour study course – meaning that the average client is expected to take around 8 hours to complete it. This includes watching the DVD presentations, reading the course book, and allowing some time to re-read parts to be able to properly absorb the material and successfully apply what has been learnt to particular contexts a client may have experienced.
If I finish the course, do I get a certificate?
Once you have finished your studies there is a short, online assessment in relation to the course content, to be completed. Upon successful completion, you are awarded a professionally presented ‘certificate of completion’. This formally recognises your expanded skills in the area of negotiations and may be used to demonstrate this skill attainment to others.
What does the course certificate look like?
We understand the frustration people experience when receiving a sub-standard certificate in recognition of their studies. That is why we issue certificates that utilise holographic authenticity labelling and embossing technologies. This also ensures the integrity of the course within the business sector and the continued integrity of the hk consultants name/brand.
Are there special rates available for multiple purchases?
We do have discounts for bulk purchases. We are also able to create additional materials to compliment the course and to tailor it to your specific company requirements. This can include written material, DVD material, and personally presented seminars. Please enquire to discuss your specific requirements with one of our consultants.

What is the CCV Code on my Visa / MasterCard, where is it located, and why do I need to use it when placing my order?
We, like all security conscious businesses, now require CCV codes when orders are placed, as the credit card needs to be in the possession of the person placing the order. People use their credit cards daily, and the credit card number, expiry date and billing name may be imprinted or electronically read by numerous businesses and people each day. To prevent and avoid credit card fraud, our ordering system requires that the person placing the order has the credit card with them at the time of placing the order to supply the CCV number.
The CCV Code is a unique three digit, non-raised, number, and separate from your credit card number. The security code for your MasterCard or Visa card can be found on the back of your credit card, immediately following your main card number and in the right hand corner of the signature strip.

Do I need a certain version of Adobe Acrobat or Reader to view documents on your website?
Yes. You require Version 5 or above to view documents in their intended format. Version 6 or above is highly recommended.
